Ingredients:
Brown rice flour, white rice flour, sugar, tapioca flour, potato starch, xanthan gum, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ginger, allspice.

Yield:
10-13 muffins or 3-4 mini loaves.
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In large bowl mix well, 1 cup canned pumpkin, 2/3 cup oil, and 2 eggs.
- Add flour mixture from the bag and stir until all the flour is mixed in.
- Spoon into muffin liners or greased tins.

- Muffins 23-28 minutes
- Loaves 30-35 minutes

After trying the apple cinnamon mix, I knew I had to try the other varieties because I loved this brand so much… and of course they tasted AMAZING! I LOVE pumpkin and they hit the spot! Extremely delicious. And this brand is so awesome that you cannot even tell it is gluten and dairy free by how great it tastes!
