Ingredients:
White rice flour, brown rice flour, sugar, chocolate chips(sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy lecithin, natural flavors), tapioca flour, potato starch, baking soda, salt, xanthan gum.

Yield:
10-13 muffins or 3-4 mini-loaves
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In large bowl mix well, 1 cup mashed bananas, 2/3 cup oil, 2 eggs, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract.
- Add flour mixture from the bag and stir until all the flour is mixed in.
- Spoon into muffin liners or greased tins.
- Bake Muffins 23-28 minutes Loaves- 30-35 minutes
